Requirements
-
5 or more years of experience in healthcare claims and encounter processing systems operations.

Proficiency in AWS cloud-native technologies and cloud infrastructure management.

Experience in managing complex system implementations and enterprise integration projects.

Experience with public health insurance administration frameworks, enrollment workflows, and claims databases.

Experience with directing third-party vendor systems development and service level agreement monitoring.

Experience in configuring incident management pipelines, ticketing databases, and standardized workflows.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
-
Direct daily technical operations and support for health insurance claims and encounter processing systems.

Oversee incident management and ticket escalation to ensure rapid resolution of production issues.
-
Coordinate technical releases, readiness reviews, and post-implementation performance monitoring.

Manage external vendor delivery schedules and enforce software development standards.
-
Ensure system compliance with federal cybersecurity requirements and administrative safety standards.

Perform backlog grooming and manage change control approval gates for application enhancements.

Implement standard operating procedures and technical documentation for new system deployments.
