seeking two Planview Administrators to support the Transformation Office's Planview platform and reporting capabilities. This role will focus on Planview administration, data extraction, and Power BI reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support Planview PPM and related modules (Roadmaps, ANVI and ICP)

• Assist with Planview configuration, implementation, and platform enhancements.

• Support Planview Hub and AgilePlace functionality.

• Extract Planview data from Datamart/Automart using SQL for reporting and analysis.

• Develop, maintain, and support Power BI reports using Planview data.

• Troubleshoot platform, data, and reporting issues

• Partner with business analysts to understand reporting needs and translate them into technical solutions.

• Collaborate with team members and cross-functional stakeholders to support ongoing platform needs.

 

Requirements:

• At least two years of hands-on Planview experience, preferably in an administration, implementation, or functional consulting capacity.

• Strong SQL skills, including extracting and analyzing Datamart/Automart data.

• Experience creating, maintaining, or supporting Power BI reports.

• Experience with Planview Hub, Portfolio, and AgilePlace.

• Business analysis experience, including gathering requirements and communicating with stakeholders, is a nice to have
