Xstore QA Lead

Key Responsibilities
Lead QA activities for the Oracle Xstore POS implementation. Develop and execute the overall QA strategy and test plan. Provide QA leadership and coordinate testing activities throughout the implementation lifecycle. Review existing manual test cases and scripts to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement. Strengthen existing test scripts to improve functional and regression test coverage. Design, develop, and execute automated tests using Oracle XUnit. Support POS functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.

Track testing progress, defects, risks, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with functional, technical, business, and implementation teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage. Support defect triage, root-cause analysis, retesting, and validation of fixes. Ensure testing activities align with production readiness and go-live objectives. Contribute to post-implementation test automation initiatives across Oracle Xstore, Oracle EBS, and other retail applications. Identify opportunities to expand and standardize enterprise-wide test automation capabilities.
