The Role • Guide the development and evolution of products to meet customer needs and achieve business objectives. • Develop and maintain product vision, business plans, go-to-market strategy, and value proposition. • Partner with UX, marketing research, client solutions, and business stakeholders to gather feedback. • Document requirements and manage feature development in alignment with agile methodologies. • Analyze product performance and drive continuous improvements. • Focus on new, innovative solutions leveraging emerging technologies like AI and ML. What You'll Need • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 6+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination). • Deep understanding of business, product performance, and industry principles. • Familiarity with SAFe Agile methodology. • Proven experience with product planning, lifecycle methodologies, research, analysis, KPIs, and analytics. • Experience with Inventory Management Solutions is strongly preferred. • Automotive industry experience with a focus on dealer software is preferred.
