Actuarial Project Manager | Transformation | Change Delivery | Hybrid - London City
We're looking for an experienced Actuarial Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex change initiatives across actuarial, finance, risk and technology teams.
This role will involve managing projects from initiation through to implementation, ensuring successful delivery of business-critical change within a highly regulated environment.
We're interested in candidates with experience in:
- Managing actuarial change projects and transformation initiatives.
- Coordinating delivery across actuarial, finance, risk and technology functions.
- Actuarial model migrations and system implementations (e.g. Prophet, RAFM, MG-ALFA or similar platforms).
- Regulatory change, including Solvency II, Internal Model developments and reporting enhancements.
- Improving actuarial processes, reporting capabilities, data management and governance frameworks.
- Leading business readiness activities, testing, implementation planning and go-live delivery.
- Managing complex stakeholder groups and delivering outcomes across multiple teams.
Ideal background:
- Proven experience delivering actuarial or finance-related projects.
- Strong understanding of actuarial processes, modelling and reporting environments.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in a regulated financial services environment.
