  • Experience: 8+ years in HRIS, including 5+ years of hands-on SuccessFactors Employee Central integration

Must-haves:

  • Expert in SuccessFactors OData and CompoundEmployee APIs (delta logic, filters, effective dating)
  • 5+ years building and supporting SuccessFactors Integration Center jobs
  • Hands-on ADP Celergo and ADP GlobalView payroll integrations
  • Working knowledge of SAP Integration Suite (CPI) and Informatica IICS
  • XML/JSON/CSV/fixed-width formats, SFTP and PGP encryption

Nice-to-have:

  • SuccessFactors Employee Central certification
  • Workday integration exposure (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, PECI)
  • Experience with HRIS platform migrations and cutover
