Join our dynamic team as a Lead Identity Engineer, where you will play a pivotal role in architecting, designing, and deploying identity governance and administration solutions. You will lead the implementation of identity lifecycle processes, access governance models, and provisioning strategies, ensuring seamless integration and optimization of our identity management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and deployment of identity governance and administration (IGA) solutions.
• Design and implement identity lifecycle processes, access governance models, and provisioning strategies.
• Configure and support IGA capabilities including access requests, certifications, role management, segregation of duties (SoD), and provisioning.
• Lead application onboarding and integration efforts using APIs, directories, and enterprise applications.
• Troubleshoot complex identity and access issues and drive platform optimization.
• Partner with customers to gather requirements, conduct workshops, and recommend IAM best practices.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to project teams.

Requirements

<>Required Skills

• Deep expertise with identity governance and administration (IGA) and identity and access management (IAM).
• Strong background in identity lifecycle management, access governance, certifications, role management, and application onboarding.
• Experience with REST APIs, SQL, Active Directory/Entra ID, LDAP, SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable IAM solutions.
• Strong consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

<>Preferred Skills

• Saviynt certification preferred.
• Experience with software design and development using technologies such as Jersey.
