Title:  AI Developer-Web App foundations
Location: Miramar, FL or Dallas, TX, 3 days onsite

AI Developer - Web App Foundations
Role Mission 

• Build AI-powered developer productivity platforms and agentic engineering capabilities. 

• Create reusable tooling and integrations that improve software delivery across Digital Engineering. 

• Move promising concepts toward secure, observable, governed, and production-ready solutions. 

• Help establish practical enterprise patterns for agentic development and SDLC automation.

What Strong Experience Looks Like 

• Has built agentic solutions, not only experimented with general-purpose LLMs. 

• Can discuss architecture choices, tradeoffs, and operational considerations. 

• Combines software engineering fundamentals with practical AI implementation experience. 

• Can connect AI capabilities to real developer workflows and measurable engineering outcomes. 

• Treats security, governance, reliability, and enterprise integration as part of the design. 

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing agentic systems and multi-agent workflows using Claude Code, AWS Bedrock, AgentCore, CrewAI, LangGraph, or similar frameworks.
• Experience building Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and integrating AI agents with enterprise systems such as Jira, Confluence, GitHub, and internal APIs.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, Node.js, Python, and cloud-native application development on AWS.
• Experience developing developer productivity platforms, custom harnesses, CLI tooling, and SDLC automation solutions.
• Knowledge of AI security, governance, prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, observability, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Experience operating production-grade AI solutions with monitoring, telemetry, cost management, and operational controls.
