Project Manager (PMP)

Pay Range - $46- $50/hr

Title - Client Services Prog/Proj Manager

Daily Responsibilities

• Manage customer service requests, network implementations, MACD activities, and infrastructure projects from initial intake through implementation and closure.


• Receive requests through ServiceNow, perform service/site qualification, place network orders within AT&T Business Center and other AT&T systems, and manage them through delivery.


• Develop and manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, testing, implementation, and turn-up activities while proactively addressing risks, issues, delays, and escalations.


• Coordinate across customers, AT&T teams, engineering, sales/account teams, and vendors, providing project updates and maintaining alignment throughout delivery.


• Maintain accurate CMDB, inventory, asset, circuit, hardware, and service records, and support billing activities and issue resolution.


• Maintain and utilize Excel, SharePoint, Outlook/group mailboxes, ServiceNow, and reporting tools to track projects, orders, metrics, and operational activity.


• Support reporting, documentation, process improvement, and data analysis to improve service delivery, operational efficiency, and customer experience.

Must Haves

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.


• Intermediate-to-advanced Excel and SharePoint skills, including experience working within advanced tracking environments involving automation, macros/VBA, SharePoint integrations, and Power Automate.


• Strong Outlook skills, including experience working with group/shared mailboxes.


• Project management experience.


• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.


• Strong critical-thinking, organizational, and customer-facing communication skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate across customers and stakeholders.

Plusses

• Quickbase experience.


• Power BI experience.


• PMI/PMP or Agile certifications.
