MTC is migrating organizational content from shared network drives, Box, Google Drive, and related repositories into SharePoint Online. Internal Technology Services staff will perform the technical migration work, platform administration, and operational support. MTC seeks a consultant to help departments prepare for migration by gathering requirements, designing practical SharePoint file structures, identifying content ownership, documenting access needs, and creating migration-ready plans. The consultant will serve as a business analyst, information architect, project coordinator, and change support partner. The work is not primarily technical configuration; it is the planning, user engagement, documentation, and decision-making needed before technical migration can occur.

The consultant will work closely with the Platform Lead and Senior Enterprise Applications Manager, as well as the Enterprise Engagement Manager throughout the project. The consultant leads business-unit engagement, requirements gathering, ownership assessment, access review, file structure planning, and migration readiness documentation. The Platform Lead provides SharePoint platform expertise, technical standards, governance direction, migration methodology guidance, and review of proposed structures and permissions.

Project Coordination	Work plans, status reporting, risk/issue logs, action item follow-up, meeting facilitation, and coordination across multiple departments.
Change and Communication	Clear user-facing communication, stakeholder diplomacy, consensus building, and comfort working in slow-moving, resource-constrained technical environments.
