Residential Service Electrician - Sales & Install Residential Wireman

About Us
Mister Sparky of Baytown is a locally owned residential electrical company serving Baytown, Pasadena, Deer Park, La Porte, Seabrook, Mont Belvieu, Channelview, Highlands, and surrounding areas. We're a small, growing team and you'd be joining as our second technician.

The Role
You own the customer visit from start to finish:
Visit the customer's home, listen to the problem, and diagnose the issue
Build Good/Better/Best options and present a price quote on your tablet using
ServiceTitan
Close the sale with honest, professional communication (no pressure tactics)
Once approved, complete the installation or repair yourself
Leave the job site clean and the customer confident in their choice
Typical Work
Service calls and repairs, panel upgrades and replacements, breakers, outlets, lighting, EV chargers, surge protection, and whole-home generator installs (a growing part of our business).

Requirements
Active Texas
Residential Wireman license or higher
(Journeyman / Master) – required
Minimum [2] years of residential service/repair experience
Comfortable presenting options and pricing to homeowners (sales experience is a plus, we'll train the right person)
Strong troubleshooting skills
Comfortable with a tablet/app (ServiceTitan experience is a plus)
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Able to pass a background check and drug screen
Reliable, punctual, professional
Compensation & Benefits
Base hourly pay + uncapped commission on every job you sell and complete
Pay is based on your license level and experience, and we'll walk you through the full structure in the interview
Commission paid weekly
Take-home company vehicle and fuel provided
Tablet, tools, and uniforms provided
Paid holidays
Steady, pre-qualified leads: we generate the calls, you take care of the customer
Schedule
Monday–Friday [8:00 AM–5:00 PM].
