Role: Transcriptionist
Location: Long Island City 
Duration: Indefinite

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend construction project progress meetings and accurately record meeting minutes.
  • Prepare, maintain, and enter meeting minutes into internal client systems.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation of all meeting activities.
  • Travel to project sites as needed (typically 2–3 times per week) while reporting to Client's Headquarters.

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong computer proficiency and data entry skills.
  • Excellent listening, note-taking, and attention-to-detail abilities.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior construction industry experience or familiarity with construction projects.
