Job Description

Job Title: SAP S/4HANA PTR – Business Readiness Lead / Consultant (Module Launch Readiness)

Location: Chicago, IL (Remote/Travel Preferred) | Part-Time: Up to 24 hrs/week

We are hiring experienced SAP S/4HANA PTR (Plan-to-Report) Business Readiness Lead/Consultants to support a large-scale SAP transformation program. The role focuses on business readiness, UAT, change management, training, cutover planning, and go-live support for SAP module launches.

Required Skills:

  • 4–12 years of SAP ECC/SAP S/4HANA experience
  • Strong expertise in SAP FI/CO, Record-to-Report (RTR), Chart of Accounts (COA), Financial Reporting
  • Experience with UAT, business readiness, cutover, testing, training, and change management
  • Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, period-end close, reconciliations, governance, and post-go-live support
  • Strong stakeholder management and documentation skills
  • Chicago-area candidates or those willing to travel are preferred
