The Role • Deliver expert vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and repair services directly to customers at their location. • Perform a variety of tasks including routine servicing, diagnostics, and necessary repairs on a wide range of light vehicles. • Manage your own stock and conduct essential reporting for service and repair jobs. • Represent the company professionally and engage with customers, offering advice and first-class service. • Adapt to a dynamic work environment with new challenges and customer interactions daily. What You'll Need • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent. • A minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience as a vehicle technician working with a range of light vehicles. • A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions independently. • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
