Technical Program Managers

🚨 URGENT HIRING | TECHNICAL PROGRAM MANAGER 🚨

We are looking for experienced Technical Program Managers for a 6-month contract with a very strong possibility of extension based on performance.

📍 Location: Dallas/Irving, TX OR Jacksonville, FL
🏢 Work Model: Onsite 3 days/week at client office
⏳ Duration: 6 Months + Strong Extension Potential
💰 Pay Rate: $54/hr on W2

🔑 MUST-HAVE EXPERIENCE

• 7+ years of Program/Project Management experience in technology delivery

• Banking & Capital Markets industry experience – Mandatory

• Strong experience specifically in the Fraud domain

• Working knowledge of Enterprise ETL/ELT and Data Warehousing concepts

• Direct experience with Ab Initio, Informatica, or other legacy ETL tools

• Experience managing multi-team, multi-location programs

• Strong onshore/offshore team coordination experience

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Own project/program plans, RAID logs, milestones, and delivery tracking

• Coordinate across Architecture, Engineering, QA, and Business teams

• Keep multiple delivery workstreams aligned and releases on schedule

• Lead status reporting and governance forums such as Scrum of Scrums

• Identify and escalate risks, issues, blockers, and dependencies

• Manage resources, dependencies, vendors, and offshore/onshore teams

• Track budget, capacity, and burn against plan

• Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders

• Manage complex data pipeline modernization initiatives

💻 Preferred PM Tools

• JIRA

• Confluence

• MS Project or equivalent PM tools

⚠️ Priority will be given to candidates with strong Banking/Capital Markets + Fraud + ETL/Data Warehouse experience.
