Responsibilities include: Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processing Bank and credit card reconciliations Researching and resolving invoice discrepancies Working with internal stakeholders to address billing and payment inquiries Assisting with month-end accounting activities Supporting accounting operations across multiple business locations Contributing to process improvements and operational efficiencies What we're looking for: Experience in AP/AR and account reconciliations Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment Proficiency with accounting systems and Microsoft Office Why consider this opportunity?
