Revenue Growth & Sales Oversight
Lead, mentor, and support a team of Patient Coordinators and Sales
Representatives to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.

Monitor individual and team performance metrics, identify improvement areas, and
Sales Training & Quality Assurance
Conduct comprehensive training for new and existing sales staff, aligning them with company standards and high-ticket sales best practices. Perform regular quality audits of sales call recordings to assess effectiveness, uncover gaps, and guide tailored coaching sessions. Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging sales multiple communication platforms (phone, Slack, WhatsApp, email, SMS).

Provide immediate support and guidance to team members to help them meet daily
Ensure all team members adhere to established procedures and sales workflows. professionalism, and overall team performance. Inspire your team by maintaining high standards of performance, accountability,
Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in a high-ticket or consultative sales environment.

• Employment Type: Full-Time (1 weekend day required)
