Westpac SME is entering an exciting phase of growth and we're looking for a Business Development Manager who thrives on building genuine relationships.

In this role, you'll focus on developing and expanding partnerships with brokers, accountants, referral networks and other third party introducers to create new opportunities for SME customers. You'll use your lending and business banking expertise to build a strong pipeline, connect customers with the right banking solutions and represent Westpac within the broader business community.

This is a full-time opportunity based in Upper Mt Gravatt / Brisbane CBD (Mian jin, Turrbal and Jagera Country) or Gold Coast.

What do I need?

• Experience in Business Banking
• Strong relationship building and networking skills
• Confidence managing B2B partnerships and third party referral channels
• Demonstrated success generating new business through external networks
• Ability to influence and engage a broad range of stakeholders
