Job Description

Duration: 12+ Months

Location: Onsite in Houston, TX

 

The IAM Onsite Lead will lead enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) service delivery, governance, and continuous improvement. This role serves as the primary onsite IAM point of contact, providing technical leadership, service oversight, client engagement, and strategic guidance across IAM operations and initiatives.

 

Required Skills:

  • 15+ years of overall IT experience
  • 8+ years of enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) experience
  • Strong experience leading IAM service delivery / operations teams
  • Saviynt Identity Cloud / Saviynt IGA — strong hands-on/SME experience
  • Identity Lifecycle Management — Joiner, Mover, Leaver
  • Identity Governance & Access Governance
  • Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
  • Privileged Access Management (PAM)
  • Authentication and authorization
  • Strong experience with IAM incident, request, problem and change management
  • ITIL-based service management
  • Client-facing service delivery and stakeholder management
  • Experience leading onsite/offshore IAM teams
  • Executive communication, governance meetings and escalation management
  • IAM security controls, audit and compliance

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day IAM service delivery, ensuring alignment with service level agreements (SLAs), security controls, operational standards, and client expectations.
  • Oversee IAM incident, request, problem, and change management activities.
  • Monitor service delivery metrics, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), operational performance, risks, and corrective actions.
  • Lead IAM teams through workload planning, technical guidance, mentoring, performance management, and continuous improvement.
  • Serve as the primary onsite liaison for client stakeholders, leadership, and offshore delivery teams.
  • Provide technical leadership across identity lifecycle management, access governance, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Privileged Access Management (PAM), authentication, and identity federation.
  • Support IAM transformation, audit, compliance, governance, and security initiatives.
  • Provide subject matter expertise for IAM technologies, solution designs, operational processes, troubleshooting, and platform enhancements.
