Vice President of Execution

Location: Remote - Travel, Travel Required 90% of the time

The Vice President of Execution will lead and oversee operational excellence across our portfolio of hotels. This leadership role will be instrumental in driving strategic initiatives, optimizing operational performance, and ensuring the highest standards of guest satisfaction and profitability. Executes on the MCR standard to ensure cleanliness and friendly service in the hotel with every room online, every night. 

Duties and Responsibilities:       

• Develop and execute operational strategies that align with the company’s mission, vision, and financial goals.
• Drive innovation and operational excellence to enhance guest experiences and competitive positioning.

• Provide leadership and direction to regional and property-level teams across all operational areas, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
• Monitor key performance indicators such as occupancy rates, RevPAR, ADR, and guest satisfaction scores, to ensure continuous improvement.
• Select, develop, coach, manage, and lead General Managers, holding them accountable for operational performance, financial results, team engagement, and guest satisfaction. 
• Identify opportunities to improve hotel performance, profitability, service levels, and associate engagement, and develop strategies to address areas of opportunity. 
• Conduct regular property visits and operational reviews, providing hands-on support and ensuring accountability for action plans and business objectives. 

• Ensures operational excellence for all hotels in portfolio; provides support, critique and guidance to hotels falling short of brand standards and/or company expectations.
• Cultivate a high-performing culture by mentoring and developing leaders across the organization.
• Collaborate with finance teams to develop and manage P&Ls, flow through, capex, forecasting and budgeting.
• Analyze financial performance and identify opportunities to optimize profitability.

• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as brand standards.

• Travel to Regional hotels and offices 90% of the time.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).

• Minimum of 8 years in operational roles within the hospitality industry, with proven experience overseeing multi-property operations.
• Demonstrated success in leading large teams and achieving financial and operational goals.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Proficiency in hospitality management systems and data analysis tools.
