The Role • Support store management in daily operations and achieving store objectives. • Assist with team leadership, including scheduling, recruitment support, and onboarding new employees. • Contribute to the effective management and presentation of a diverse and frequently changing product range. • Oversee visual merchandising, stock ordering, and adherence to display guidelines. • Collaborate with store leadership to review performance and discuss store development. What You'll Need • A completed vocational training, ideally with prior experience in a similar retail role. • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of responsibility. • Availability to work 5 days a week, including regular weekends and evenings. • Excellent communication and motivational skills to lead and develop a store team. • Willingness to undergo an 8-week comprehensive training program at a designated training store. • Alignment with core company values such as teamwork, discipline, cost-consciousness, simplicity, respect, and customer focus.
