You’ll play a key part in making sure member cases are handled accurately, on time, and with care. You’ll also support the Client Executive team, help guide less experienced colleagues, and take pride in delivering a good service to scheme members.
How you'll make an impact
- Administer pension scheme cases accurately and within agreed timescales.
- Complete and check both manual and automated calculations.
- Draft and review member letters, reports and other correspondence.
- Manage pensioner payrolls, cashflows, investments, disinvestments and invoices.
- Handle non-standard member and client queries with care and judgement.
- Work closely with colleagues and support teams.
- Support client meetings and new business pitches when needed.
- Supervise and train up to two pensions administrators.
- Help keep work moving by managing your own workload and peer review time well.
About You
- At least 3 years’ experience in DB, DC or Hybrid pensions administration.
- A CPC qualification, or you’re working towards one.
- Strong analytical skills and a logical approach to problem-solving.
- Good attention to detail and accurate data handling.

- Strong time management and prioritisation skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence working as part of a team and giving helpful feedback.
- Good Microsoft Office skills.
You’ll also be someone who is visible, supportive and easy to work with. You care about doing a good job and helping others do the same.
