Retail Sales Associate

Country Fair is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Associate to deliver excellent customer service in our fast-paced convenience stores. In this role, you'll greet customers, operate the cash register, process fuel and in-store transactions, and keep shelves and foodservice areas stocked and clean. You'll follow safety and age-restricted sales policies while maintaining a welcoming, community-focused atmosphere. This position offers hands-on experience in store operations, teamwork, and foodservice, with opportunities to grow into leadership roles within our regional retail network.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with purchases, fuel, and in-store services
• Operate POS system accurately, handle cash, and process payments
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays to maintain product availability
• Support foodservice preparation and maintain proper rotation and freshness
• Keep store, restrooms, and forecourt clean, safe, and organized
• Follow company policies for safety, loss prevention, and age-restricted sales
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet store goals
• Provide friendly, efficient service that reflects Country Fair's values
