Position Summary

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Design, develop, maintain, test, and support full-stack .NET applications, including ASP.NET Core RESTful APIs, Blazor interfaces, business logic, integrations, and secure data access.
2. Modernize legacy applications and develop database solutions using SQL Server, Entity Framework Core, Dapper, ADO.NET, stored procedures, functions, views, and performance optimization techniques.
3. Develop and integrate Azure services, CI/CD pipelines, configuration management, GIS mapping capabilities, ArcGIS services, geospatial data, and interactive mapping functionality.

Minimum Qualifications

The position requires:

Education	Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience	5+ years of experience in .NET application development, enterprise software development, SQL Server application support, RESTful API development, system analysis, testing, configuration management, and application modernization.
Technical Skills	C#, .NET/ASP.NET Core, RESTful APIs, Blazor/JavaScript/HTML/CSS, SQL Server/SQL Programming, Azure Application Services, ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript, Azure DevOps/GitHub
Business / Domain Skills	Full-Stack Application Development, Application Modernization, Database Application Support, GIS Application Development, Requirements Analysis, Software Testing & UAT
Communication	Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation	Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
Work Authorization	Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience developing GIS-enabled web applications and interactive maps using ArcGIS technologies and geospatial data services.
2. Experience with Azure cloud services, CI/CD pipelines, Git-based configuration management, application security, and role-based authorization.
