Project Manager - Infrastructure (Corsham)

Project Manager – Major Project Our client, is a well-established specialist contractor delivering complex projects across the data, defence and energy sectors. With over 40 years of industry experience, they are recognised for delivering high-quality design, engineering and construction solutions on technically challenging schemes.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major infrastructure project.

The Role Working on a large-scale development, you will be responsible for the safe, commercial and successful delivery of infrastructure works, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. The project includes:

Earthworks and enabling works Drainage and attenuation systems Utilities and HV/MV infrastructure Roads and external works Reinforced concrete foundations and slabs Coordination of design teams, consultants and utility providers Key Responsibilities Lead project delivery from planning through to completion.

Manage programme, budget, commercial performance and risk. Ensure health, safety, quality and environmental compliance. Coordinate subcontractors, consultants and client stakeholders. Monitor project progress and implement recovery plans where required. Drive quality assurance and successful project handover.

Build strong relationships with clients and the wider project team. About You Ideally, you'll have experience delivering major civil engineering or infrastructure projects and possess strong leadership and commercial management skills, as well as the following:

Proven Project Management experience within construction or civil engineering. Strong knowledge of NEC and/or JCT contracts. Experience managing project programmes, budgets and commercial performance. Excellent stakeholder and client management skills. Knowledge of Design & Build project delivery.

Qualifications HNC, Degree or equivalent in a construction-related discipline. Professional membership (CIOB, RICS, APM or similar) desirable. APM, PMP or equivalent Project Management qualification desirable SMSTS, CSCS Card, First Aid If you are interested in finding out more, then Apply Today
