Visual UI Designer - Design Systems & AI

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Visual UI Designer with a strong background in designing scalable digital experiences and enterprise-grade design systems.

You'll be passionate about crafting intuitive, visually engaging user interfaces and have extensive experience translating complex requirements into elegant, user-centred solutions.

The ideal candidate will be an expert in Figma, with proven experience building, maintaining and evolving design systems that drive consistency across products and platforms. Experience with tools such as Magic Patterns, alongside emerging AI-powered design and prototyping tools, will be highly beneficial.

We're looking for someone with a genuine appetite for AI, who actively explores how generative AI and intelligent design tools can enhance creativity, accelerate workflows and improve user experiences.

You will work closely with product, engineering and business stakeholders to shape innovative digital products that combine outstanding design with cutting-edge technology. Key Skills:

Strong Visual/UI design portfolio demonstrating digital product and platform design.<br />Extensive experience with Figma, component libraries and design systems.<br />Knowledge of AI-assisted design tools, including Magic Patterns and similar platforms.<br />Ability to create pixel-perfect interfaces while maintaining accessibility and usability standards.<br />Experience collaborating within cross-functional product teams.<br />Curiosity and enthusiasm for leveraging AI to enhance design processes and outcomes.This version places much greater emphasis on Visual UI design, design systems, Figma expertise and AI adoption.
