Job Description

UI Designer

Location: Cheltenham - Hybrid, 2 days per week on-site

Salary: Up to £50,000

Our client, a growing marketing agency, is hiring a UI Designer to create engaging, intuitive digital experiences across a varied portfolio of client projects.

This is a great opportunity for a designer who combines strong visual craft with a solid understanding of user experience, and enjoys turning ideas and concepts into polished digital products.

What you'll do

  • Design engaging, user-focused interfaces across websites and digital platforms
  • Take projects from initial concepts and wireframes through to high-fidelity designs
  • Create responsive designs that work effectively across desktop and mobile
  • Develop and maintain design systems, components and UI libraries
  • Collaborate with UX, development, marketing and client-facing teams
  • Present design concepts and clearly communicate the thinking behind your work

You'll work closely with developers, strategists and wider creative teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences for a diverse range of clients.

What we're looking for

  • Commercial experience in UI, digital or product design
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality web and interface design
  • Excellent knowledge of Figma and modern design workflows
  • Good understanding of UX principles, responsive design and accessibility
  • Experience creating and working with design systems
  • Confidence collaborating with developers and wider project teams

The ideal candidate will bring strong attention to detail, creative thinking and the ability to balance great visual design with usability.

Agency experience would be advantageous, particularly if you're comfortable working across multiple projects and clients.
