| Duties: | Duties and Responsibilities - Facilitates workshops, demonstrations, webinars, and office-hours sessions on approved AI tools for audiences ranging from novice to advanced.
- Delivers live demonstrations of AI capabilities using realistic business scenarios and answers questions in real time.
- Supports the training content lead in developing and maintaining AI Enablement learning materials, job aids, user guides, and reference resources.
- Coaches individuals and small groups, adapting explanations to varying levels of technical comfort.
- Monitors AI product releases and new features, evaluates their relevance, and recommends updates to training content and adoption approaches.
- Contributes ideas for new learning experiences, content refreshes, and adoption strategies.
- Partners with AI Enablement team members and business stakeholders to align training with evolving priorities.
- Gathers feedback from sessions and learners and applies it to improve materials and delivery.
- Maintains proficiency in the firm's approved AI platforms at a level sufficient to teach others.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

| Skills: | Knowledge of - Generative AI concepts, tools, and practical business use cases.
- Adult learning and presentation techniques sufficient to deliver clear, engaging sessions.
- Standard office productivity software (Microsoft 365 or equivalent).
Skill in - Leading a room — presenting and facilitating confidently in front of live audiences, in person and virtually.
- Explaining complex or technical topics in plain, approachable language.
- Coaching and supporting learners across a wide range of technical ability.
- Written communication, including developing clear instructional and reference materials.
- Hands-on use of generative AI platforms (Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar), including regular experimentation with new features and capabilities.
Ability to - Command attention and credibility with learners and stakeholders at varying levels of seniority.
- Learn new technologies independently and quickly reach a level of proficiency sufficient to teach them.
- Work effectively in a rapidly changing environment where tools and priorities shift frequently.

| Education: | - Bachelor's degree in any discipline and a minimum of two (2) to three (3) years of professional experience
- ~or~ Any equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training approved by Human Resources.
Bonus: - Experience facilitating instructor-led training, webinars, workshops, or technology-focused learning sessions.
- Experience creating or updating learning materials, job aids, or documentation.
- Basic design skills and familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign.
