Job Title: Senior Front-End Engineer with ReactJS , NextJS and AWS Experience

Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to build fast, accessible and polished web experiences for

modern digital products in financial services. You will work straight from Figma with designers, integrate with

cloud-native APIs, and help deliver AI-powered features such as conversational (chat and voice) interfaces,

as part of fast, agile delivery squads.

Key responsibilities:

• Build: develop high-quality, production-ready UIs in React, Next.js and TypeScript.

• Design to code: work directly from Figma with designers to deliver pixel-accurate, responsive and

accessible interfaces.

• Integration: connect UIs to backend APIs and event-driven services, handling state, errors and loading

gracefully.

• Conversational UI: build chat and voice interfaces for AI features, including streaming responses and

clear handoff to human support.

• Quality: write unit, integration and end-to-end tests, and contribute to the automated test harness.

• Performance and accessibility: optimize load time and rendering, and meet WCAG accessibility

standards.

• Design system: build and maintain reusable components and patterns shared across teams.

• Collaboration: take part in code reviews, sprint ceremonies and technical discussions with backend, AI

and product colleagues.

Must-have skills

• Core stack: expert in React, Next.js (App Router, SSR/SSG) and TypeScript.

• Styling: modern CSS, Tailwind or CSS-in-JS, and responsive design.

• State and data: React Query, Redux or similar; REST and/or GraphQL API integration.

• Figma: strong design-to-code workflow and close collaboration with designers.

• Testing: Jest, React Testing Library and Playwright or Cypress.

• Accessibility: practical experience delivering WCAG 2.1 AA-compliant UIs.

• CI/CD: GitHub Actions or similar pipelines.

• AI-assisted coding: daily, fluent use of tools such as Claude Code, Copilot or Cursor.

• Agile: real, hands-on agile delivery experience.

Strongly preferred

• Domain: financial services, ideally wealth management, retirement, brokerage or digital banking.

• Conversational UI: experience building chat or voice interfaces for LLM-powered features.

• AWS: familiarity with deploying frontends on AWS (CloudFront, Amplify, S3) and working with serverless

backends.

• Design systems: experience building component libraries, for example with Storybook

• Security: awareness of frontend security in regulated environments (authentication, session handling, data

protection).

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical

experience.

• Candidate should be flexible to work extra hours and Saturday Sunday as well.
