Role: Desktop Support Technician
Location: Austin, TX 100% Onsite Locals
Contract duration :Long Term
Minimum years of experience: 3+ years
Required skills: Windows OS and desktop/laptop troubleshooting, Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Teams), Active Directory and user account support, ServiceNow or other IT ticketing systems, and hardware/peripheral troubleshooting, workstation imaging and deployment, VPN/VDI troubleshooting, and end-user support.
