IT Support Specialist - Help Desk & Microsoft 365

Wesley Group is seeking an IT Support Administrator to keep our people and technology running smoothly. In this hands-on role, you'll troubleshoot hardware, software, account, and connectivity issues; manage devices, user access, and Microsoft 365; and respond to requests through a ticketing system. You'll support onboarding, maintain accurate documentation, apply security and update procedures, and coordinate with vendors or specialists when needed. Working with a collaborative, intellectually curious team, you'll help consultants stay productive as they serve clients across industries. The ideal candidate communicates clearly, takes ownership, protects sensitive information, and enjoys solving problems while learning and improving systems. Chicago-based; hybrid work arrangements may be available.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, account, and connectivity issues.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, devices, and Microsoft 365 services.
• Respond to and document support requests in a ticketing system.
• Support employee onboarding and technology setup.
• Maintain endpoint security, software updates, and IT procedures.
• Create and update technical documentation and provide user guidance.
• Coordinate with vendors and technical specialists to resolve issues.
