Role Overview

The Senior Project Manager will lead end‑to‑end delivery of technology initiatives by combining strong project governance with Agile/Scrum facilitation. The role requires ownership, stakeholder management, sprint leadership, and the ability to drive predictable, high‑quality outcomes. Responsibilities blend Agile delivery, Scrum facilitation, and project lifecycle management.

Experience: 10 to 18 yrs

Location: USA/ Canada

Work Mode: Remote, with occasional travel to Tampa office

Key Responsibilities

• Scrum Facilitation - Lead daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives; remove impediments; ensure adherence to Scrum values.
• Project Planning - Define scope, milestones, schedules, risks, and resource plans; maintain project documentation per PLC standards.
• Stakeholder Management - Maintain strong communication with business, product owners, and engineering teams; ensure alignment on goals and timelines.
• Risk & Issue Management - Identify risks early, escalate appropriately, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Team Coaching - Promote servant leadership, Agile mindset, transparency, and continuous improvement within teams.
• Progress Tracking - Monitor sprint progress, project KPIs, and deliverables; provide weekly/monthly status reports to leadership.
• Process Optimization - Implement best practices for Agile, QA, and project governance; drive operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10 to 18 years of experience in project management with Scrum Master roles.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum, SDLC, and project lifecycle methodologies.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams and managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, conflict‑resolution, and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, MS Project

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Preferred certifications: PMP, CSM, PMI‑ACP, SAFe, CAPM.

Nice to Have

• Experience in enterprise environments or multi‑team Agile programs.
• Exposure to Kanban, XP, or scaled Agile frameworks.
• Ability to coach product owners and support backlog refinement
