AI Project Manager

Description

We are looking for an AI Project/Change Manager to lead the successful adoption of AI solutions with employees across the country. This role combines project leadership, operational improvement, and change enablement to help the organization turn AI initiatives into practical business results. The person in this position will work closely with employees, managers, and senior leaders to uncover opportunities, streamline workflows, and support lasting adoption through clear communication, training, and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Lead AI implementation initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring timelines, priorities, and business goals remain aligned.

Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to assess current processes and identify where AI can improve efficiency, productivity, and service delivery.

Build and manage adoption strategies that encourage employee engagement and support long-term behavioral change.

Coordinate training, communications, and support resources so teams can confidently integrate AI tools into their day-to-day work.

Define success measures for AI programs and track performance to demonstrate operational impact and business value.

Present progress, insights, and recommendations to leadership to guide decision-making and future investment.

Oversee workflow optimization efforts tied to AI usage, helping departments redesign processes for stronger outcomes.

Support occasional travel for team collaboration sessions and strategic planning activities as needed.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Technology Project Management, Change Management, AI Adoption, Digital Transformation, Learning Enablement, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience driving user adoption of new technologies or business processes
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience gathering requirements and analyzing business workflows
• Proven ability to identify process improvement opportunities and optimize operational workflows
• Experience creating KPI frameworks, adoption metrics, and executive reporting
• Familiarity with modern AI tools and assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or similar technologies
• Working knowledge of SQL, BI dashboards, reporting platforms, or analytics tools
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
