The Role

• Instrumenting, assisting, and performing "circulating nurse" duties in orthopedic, trauma, spine, and shoulder surgeries.
• Preparing, monitoring, and managing patient care before, during, and after operative procedures.
• Ensuring smooth and efficient operations across four operating rooms, collaborating across departments.
• Participating in the on-call surgical duty roster after successful onboarding (no in-house duties).

What You'll Need

• Successfully completed training as a registered nurse or surgical technician (OTA).
• Desirable, but not essential: a specialization or prior experience in an operating room setting.
• Enthusiasm for constructive, interdisciplinary teamwork in a dynamic and motivated environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and empathy towards patients.
