eMDM Project Manager for Partner Integration

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Boston, MA that is seeking an eMDM Project Manager for Partner Integration who will support the end-to-end partner ecosystem for oartner integration. This role will assist with partner onboarding, partner profile and master data maintenance, user access validation, migration support, operational readiness, issue resolution, documentation, stakeholder coordination, and hypercare activities. The eMDM Project Manager for Partner Integration will work closely with EMDM, Channel Operations, IT, Partner Experience, and Program Management teams to help ensure a smooth partner transition while maintaining data quality, operational compliance, and a strong partner experience.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
• 4-7 years of experience in Partner Operations, Channel Operations, MDM, CRM, Data Operations, Customer Operations, or Partner Support
• Experience supporting enterprise partner, reseller, distributor, or channel ecosystems
• Strong knowledge of partner onboarding, account maintenance, partner profile management, contact management, and user administration processes
• Experience with data quality validation, reconciliation, remediation, migration support, and operational issue resolution
• Strong Microsoft Excel, reporting, analysis, documentation, and process-mapping skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and operate effectively in a fast-paced, global, cross-functional environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Strong understanding of partner lifecycle processes, including registration, onboarding, account maintenance, contact management, user administration, and partner profile governance
• Demonstrated experience with partner master data maintenance, data quality review, reconciliation, remediation, migration validation, and cross-reference issue resolution
• Working knowledge of CRM, PRM, MDM, Salesforce, Partner Portal, or related enterprise partner management platforms
• Experience supporting user access validation, UAT execution, defect documentation, operational readiness, cutover, or post-deployment hypercare activities
• Advanced Excel, reporting, documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, prioritization, follow-up, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Preferred experience supporting large-scale integrations, migrations, acquisitions, system cutovers, or global partner ecosystem programs

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
