The Role

• Gather information through observation, note-taking, photography, and collaboration with Subject Matter Experts.
• Analyze collected information to produce clear, accurate, and user-friendly procedural documentation and training guides.
• Ensure adherence to current document standards and contribute to their improvement through collaboration with other writers.
• Edit existing documentation for consistency, accuracy, and usability.
• Solicit and incorporate customer feedback to enhance content and meet expectations.
• Maintain a safe work environment and promote safety culture.

What You'll Need

• Proven experience in writing procedural documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong understanding of confidentiality practices.
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to write clearly, concisely, and accurately.
• Ability to learn quickly, understand complex subject matter, and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure error-free instructions.
