Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead/Architect with strong hands-on Salesforce development and architecture experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for technical architecture, solution design, development, integrations, and providing technical leadership across complex Salesforce implementations.

The candidate should have strong expertise in Salesforce Configuration & Customization, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Integration, REST APIs, Flows, and Workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical architecture, detailed design, and hands-on development on the Salesforce platform.
• Design and develop Salesforce applications from inception through production.
• Define and drive Salesforce technology architecture and technical roadmaps.
• Design, configure, code, and architect large-scale Salesforce solutions.
• Ensure Salesforce solutions meet performance, scalability, security, and maintainability standards.
• Work closely with internal teams to understand business requirements, process models, and desired outcomes.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solution architectures.
• Provide technical leadership and expertise for Salesforce integrations and digital solutions.
• Lead development activities and provide hands-on technical guidance to the development team.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, maintainability, performance, and security.
• Coach and mentor junior Salesforce developers and other technical team members.
• Contribute to architectural project plans, detailed technical plans, and resource estimates.
• Support change initiatives and technical architecture-related activities.
• Identify opportunities for improving Salesforce development practices, performance, and delivery efficiency.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce configuration and customization.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with:
  • Salesforce Lightning Components
  • Apex
  • Apex Triggers
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• 4+ years of experience with Salesforce integrations, particularly REST APIs.
• 3+ years of experience with:
  • Salesforce Flows
  • Process Builder
  • Workflow
• Strong experience with Salesforce application architecture and solution design.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce development best practices, security, scalability, and performance.
• Ability to work as both a hands-on developer and technical SME/lead.
• Strong communication, leadership, troubleshooting, and mentoring skills.
• Salesforce Developer I certification is required.

Nice to Have

• Financial Services Cloud (FSC) experience.
• Experience working on large-scale and complex Salesforce implementations.
• Experience providing technical leadership for enterprise Salesforce solutions.
