Job Title: Software Quality Assurance Analysts and Testers
Location: Kyle, TX

Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Quality Assurance Analysts and Testers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:

Develop and maintain automated test scripts using UFT and VB scripting to validate application functionality.
Execute automated test cases, analyze results, and identify application defects and functional issues.
Manage test cases, execution results, and defect-related information within ALM.
Collaborate with development and testing teams to troubleshoot defects and improve automation coverage and testing efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education	Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience	3+ years of experience in software quality assurance and test automation, including automated scripting, test execution, defect analysis, and application validation.
Technical Skills	Enterprise application testing, business process validation, application workflows, transactional business data, end-to-end application functionality, software quality assurance processes
Business / Domain Skills	Experience supporting enterprise application testing environments, including business-critical applications, functional workflows, and operational processes. Experience validating business rules, application workflows, interfaces, data, batch processes, and end-to-end transactions through functional, integration, regression, UAT, and end-to-end testing. Experience supporting automated regression and functional testing processes, including reusable test scenarios, execution cycles, defect validation, and application quality assurance. Experience collaborating with business and technical teams to analyze application requirements, identify functional gaps, validate expected outcomes, and support reliable production releases.
Communication	Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation	Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
Work Authorization	Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience developing and maintaining UFT automation scripts using VB scripting.
Experience working with ALM for test management and defect tracking.
