In this role, you'll work alongside seasoned professionals managing corporate sale-leaseback programs, credit underwriting, and acquisition and disposition programs for national franchisees, high net-worth investors, REITs, and private equity/investment firms across the United States. Key Responsibilities
You'll gain exposure to a broad range of deals and transactions across diverse property types, client segments, and markets.

Your responsibilities will include

Perform market and property research to support analyses, valuations, and marketing materials
Create comparable analyses and valuation models
Develop Excel models and conduct financial valuation work
Prepare pitch books and marketing materials, including offering memoranda, proposal packages, and sales collateral
Assist in deal management efforts from inception through close
Analyze, review, and interpret real estate diligence materials
Travel to properties to provide brokers and clients with informed market insights
Contribute to ad-hoc business projects related to client requests and strategic growth initiatives
Required Qualifications
Completion or anticipated completion of bachelor's degree by June 2027
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Working knowledge of financial statements
Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information and translate findings into strategic deliverables
Demonstrated interest in pursuing a career in real estate
Strong professional demeanor and collaborative work style
Desired Qualifications
Excel valuation and financial analysis experience
Understanding of real estate fundamentals and net lease concepts
Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment
Proven ability to meet tight deadlines under pressure
Compensation
The base salary range for this role is
$80,000 to $85,000
.

Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as education, experience, and job-related skills relevant to the position.
