Job Summary

We are looking for an innovative and versatile Full-Stack Software Engineer to build, scale, and secure high-performance distributed systems. In this role, you will leverage modern polyglot backend architectures, robust cloud infrastructure, and state-of-the-art developer tooling—including Claude Code—to accelerate development velocity, optimize code quality, and pioneer AI-assisted software delivery workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Stack Development: Design, build, and maintain scalable applications across the stack using Java, Python, Go, and JavaScript/TypeScript.

Cloud & Infrastructure Management: Deploy and manage resilient, containerized workloads on AWS utilizing Docker and Kubernetes.

CI/CD & DevSecOps: Implement, optimize, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines, integrating continuous security, vulnerability scanning, and compliance best practices (DevSecOps) into the software development lifecycle.

AI-Assisted Engineering: Actively integrate Claude Code and agentic coding tools into daily workflows to automate routine tasks, execute complex multi-file refactoring, write thorough test suites, and drive rapid prototyping.

Collaboration & Quality: Partner with product, QA, and security teams to establish coding standards, architect secure APIs, and maintain high standards of code reliability.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: 5+ years of professional software engineering experience building production-grade, distributed web applications.

Polyglot Engineering: Strong proficiency in at least two or more core languages: Java, Python, Go, or JavaScript/TypeScript.

Cloud & DevOps Expertise: Hands-on experience with AWS core services, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC).

Security-First Mindset: Solid understanding of DevSecOps principles, secure coding practices, and vulnerability management within automated pipelines.

AI-Driven Productivity: Familiarity with modern AI coding assistants and terminal agents (specifically Claude Code) to accelerate feature delivery, test generation, and code reviews.

Soft Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving skills, effective communication, and a passion for adopting cutting-edge developer tools.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience building or integrating custom plugins, hooks, or skills for AI coding agents to streamline team workflows.

Certifications in AWS Solutions Architect or Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD).
