Job Description

Program manager with Investment Management experience Required

Hybrid (3 Days Office per Week) - Malvern, PA

PERMANENT RESIDENT / CITIZEN / ONLY (NO OTHER VISAS PLEASE)

Briefly describe the duties and responsibilities of the contractor(s):

Serve as the End-to-End Fund Event Test Coordinator for global fund launches, changes, closures, and other fund events. Coordinate system test readiness across subdivisional technology teams by tracking implementation/system set up status, dependencies, risks, and test readiness. Facilitate issue resolution, provide readiness and go/no-go recommendations, support production go live implementations, and capture lessons learned. Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve the fund event testing and readiness process.

Briefly describe the required skillsets/relevant experience of the contractor(s):

- Experience coordinating large-scale technology implementations or project delivery across multiple teams. - Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority. - Experience managing dependencies, risks, issues, and readiness activities across complex initiatives. - Ability to facilitate issue resolution and drive teams toward decisions and commitments. - Understanding of technology delivery, testing, and implementation processes. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement. - Experience working in financial services, investment management, fund administration, or highly regulated environments is preferred. - Familiarity with Agile, SDLC, testing practices, and change implementation processes is preferred.
