Position Overview

Seeking an experienced Applications Engineer to support hands-on application migration activities from assessment through cutover, with a strong focus on Kubernetes-hosted applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead application migration activities from assessment through production cutover.
• Assess dependencies, manifests, container images, integrations, data flows, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Execute migration waves, cutovers, functional validation, and issue resolution.
• Support Kubernetes-hosted applications and troubleshoot runtime issues.
• Collaborate with application, infrastructure, security, and operations teams.
• Identify migration risks, dependencies, and technical gaps.
• Support post-migration validation and stabilization.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of application migration and modernization experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on Kubernetes experience.
• Strong Azure experience.
• Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with networking, storage, security, and infrastructure automation.
• Experience with application dependencies, container images, manifests, integrations, and data flows.
• CI/CD experience in enterprise application environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
