The Role

• Proactively engage with existing customers and prospects through needs-based assessments to foster loyalty and identify opportunities.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify financial solutions and preferred banking channels, recommending tailored solutions for everyday banking, investments, lending, and small business needs.
• Advise clients on digital and self-serve options to simplify their banking experience.
• Support customer transaction needs based on branch traffic.
• Build new relationships within the community to grow the business.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues, ensuring accurate data entry and compliance with lending policies.

What You'll Need

• Typically 2-3 years of relevant experience, with a post-secondary degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Working knowledge of personal and small business customer needs, retail investments, and lending products.
• Experience in a consultative customer service or sales role with a drive for personal customer experiences.
• Resourceful self-starter with strong interpersonal, listening, problem-solving, and collaborative skills.
• Confident in using social media, mobile devices, and online tools.
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
