Assistant Sales Manager
, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day success of the center by supporting team development, driving membership and package sales, delivering outstanding guest experiences, and helping lead a high-performing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow into a Center Manager or multi-unit leadership role.

Support the Center Manager in overseeing daily operations
~Coach, motivate, and develop Guest Service Associates to achieve sales goals
~Lead by example through exceptional guest service and sales performance
~Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new team members
~Drive Sales & Business Results
~Help achieve monthly sales, membership, and guest retention goals
~Coach the team on membership sales, package sales, retail recommendations, and rebooking strategies
~Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities for improvement
~Assist with local marketing initiatives, community outreach, and business development efforts
Support front desk operations, scheduling, inventory management, and administrative tasks
Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience preferred
✔ Proven sales experience with a track record of achieving goals
✔ Strong communication and relationship-building skills
✔ Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
✔ Positive attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
✔ Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and peak business hours as needed
✔ Beauty, retail, fitness, hospitality, or service-industry experience is a plus
