Job Title: EUC Deskside Support Engineer – VIP Support
Work Location: 98 San Jacinto, Austin, TX 78735
Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite
Experience Required: 5+ years
Employment Type: Long-Term Contract

Job Description – Required Skills and Responsibilities

Minimum 5+ years of experience in End User Computing (EUC) and Deskside Support.
Provide 100% onsite IT support at the client’s Austin office.
Support and troubleshoot Windows 11 operating systems and Microsoft Office 365 applications.
Deliver high-quality concierge/VIP support with excellent customer-handling skills and a customer-centric approach.
Install, troubleshoot, and repair desktop and laptop hardware and software issues.
Provide basic troubleshooting for conference room devices and projectors and assist with meeting room facilitation.
Perform SCCM client installation and troubleshooting.
Possess basic knowledge of networking and Active Directory.
Document all support activities, incidents, and service requests in the IT incident and request fulfillment tool.
Demonstrate a professional attitude, strong communication skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
