What You'll Do
As a Full Cycle Sales Representative, you'll take ownership of the customer experience and help guide prospects through the sales process. Your responsibilities will include:
Engage directly with potential customers in their communities. Start friendly, professional conversations and build rapport quickly. Ask questions and listen carefully to understand customer needs. Explain insurance products and solutions in a clear and easy-to-understand way. Present solutions based on each customer's individual needs. Answer questions and confidently address customer concerns.

Manage opportunities from the initial conversation through closing. Maintain consistent daily activity and work toward sales goals. Follow up with prospects to keep opportunities moving forward. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity. Represent OneChanceNeeded Inc professionally during every customer interaction. What We're Looking For
