Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior SAP S/4HANA Techno-Functional Lead with strong expertise in SAP OTC/Service processes and hands-on technical experience with ABAP RAP, CDS Views, and AMDP.

The ideal candidate will bridge business requirements and technical solutions, lead business discussions and technical workshops, and coordinate effectively across onsite, offshore, and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA techno-functional solution design and delivery.

• Provide strong functional expertise in Order-to-Cash (OTC) and SAP Service processes.

• Work extensively with Contracts, Equipment, Functional Locations, and Install Base.

• Develop and enhance SAP solutions using ABAP RAP, CDS Views, and AMDP.

• Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• Lead business discussions, requirement gathering, and technical workshops.

• Coordinate with onsite, offshore, and cross-functional teams.

• Provide technical leadership within large enterprise SAP environments.

• Support solution design, problem-solving, and stakeholder management.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of SAP experience with strong SAP S/4HANA expertise.

• Strong Techno-Functional SAP experience.

• Strong functional knowledge of OTC / Order-to-Cash.

• SAP Service process expertise.

• Experience with Contracts, Equipment, Functional Locations, and Install Base.

• Hands-on ABAP RAP development.

• Strong CDS Views experience.

• Strong AMDP experience.

• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Experience leading business discussions and technical workshops.

• Strong onsite/offshore team coordination experience.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
