About the role

Reporting directly to the Regional Account Director (RAD) for Amazon, the role will act as the subject matter expert (SME) to help define best practices for teams across the EMEA region. Understand the impact of change management protocols, assessing those processes meet identified needs, applying the skills to projects, processes and procedures to ensure that changes are embedded into the organization effectively but also understand the customer including their requirements and usage behaviours.

Responsibilities

Daily Duities

• Leading operational strategy and execution across EMEA region.

• Ensuring operational planning, resource allocation, and KPI performance.

• Collaborating with branches and line managers to streamline day-to-day operations and service quality.

• Overseeing quality assurance for onboarding.

• Acting as the primary point of contact for client-facing projects, ensuring all deliverables are met.

• Managing end-to-end project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

• Coordinating guard force strategic projects aligned with business objectives.

• Developing and implementing scalable project methodologies to ensure timely and budget-aligned execution.

• Providing regular updates and documentation to stakeholders on project milestones and risk assessments.

• Supporting the RAD in developing and directing strategy towards the profitable growth and operation of the company.

• Developing strategic operating plans that reflect the longer-term objectives and priorities established by the senior management.

• Assuming full accountability to the RAD for all company operations.

• Identifying and developing new opportunities for the organisation to sustain growth.

• Ensuring that the operating objectives and standards of performance are not only understood but owned by management and all other employees.

• Successfully implementing company policies and procedures.

• Building and maintaining an effective Management Team.

• Developing policies that will correlate with strategies.

• Implementing effective processes and standards.

• Overseeing Projects with regulations.

• Overseeing projects and their completion status.

• Collaborating with the branches in order to develop standardizes policies and processes across different regions.

• Working with all Managers to get the best performance from employees.

• Taking remedial action where necessary and informing the RAD of any significant changes impacting the business.

• Oversing the quality assurance of the KPI’s for all on-boarded security staff, in line with the MSA.

• Recruiting, interviewing and hiring key team members.

• Conducting periodical audits.

• Overseeing companies training completion rates.

• Ensuring that services are planned, delivered and evaluated in response to the customer and company needs.

• Dealing with escalated customer issues.

• Acting as main point of contact for all Operations & Projects related topics.

Communication

• Overseing internal communication.

• Maintaining effective communication with the line managers (Data & Compliance Manager, Training and Development Manager & Regional Account Managers) to ensure the staff provides the highest level of customer service and care, maintaining and promoting a safe and secure environment and act in accordance with the client requirements and Securitas policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice, Security, Law Enforcement, Business Management, Accounting or equivalent education or significant years of work experience.

• Understanding of employment legislation relating to the provision of Security staff across the region, and their potential moves between providers.

• Experience in dealing with information and intelligence, interpreting security threats and risks and management of investigations.

• Advanced skills in all Microsoft products.

• Holding security licence.

• Fluent in English; ability to speak other languages that are common in the region would be a plus.

• Understanding of international relationship building and development of cross-functional/peer relationships.

• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely (both written and verbal, presentation and interpersonal skills).

• Results-oriented with strong delivery focus who can work independently and collaboratively with global teams.

• Technical mindset and ability to prioritize tasks.

• Ability to comfortably and confidently present to all levels within the enterprise.

• Flexible and adaptable.

Working conditions

Role's preferred location is Luxemburg or United Kingdom, but we can consider all EMEA locations - especially for internal candidates.
