Job: Technical Program Manager with Oracle Fusion ICM

Location: Hybrid onsite in Vienna, VA(Travel is fine)

Job Description:-

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of this complex Oracle HCM/ICM integration initiative. This role will coordinate the efforts of VBCS developers, OIC specialists, and ICM experts to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality and stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation • Coordinate VBCS, OIC, and ICM workstreams and ensure technical integration

• Manage stakeholder communications and expectation setting

• Conduct solution design reviews and architecture assessments

• Oversee testing, UAT coordination, and quality assurance

• Mitigate risks and manage scope, schedule, and budget

• Facilitate knowledge transfer and documentation

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of Oracle HCM project leadership or technical program management experience

• Demonstrated expertise across VBCS, OIC, and ICM modules

• Strong project management skills (Agile/Waterfall methodologies)

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

• Experience managing complex, multi-workstream technical initiatives

• Track record of successful solution delivery on time and within budget Preferred Experience

• Financial services industry experience (banking, credit unions, lending)

• Prior PeopleSoft to Oracle HCM migration leadership

Educational Qualifications:

• Required - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or closely related or equivalent.
• Preferred - Master’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Big Data or Analytics or equivalent.

Travel:

·   Open to travel based up on the nature of the engagement.
