Senior AI Engineer

A fast-growing fintech organization is hiring a Senior AI Engineer to join their Toronto-based team (fully onsite, 5 days/week). This full-time opportunity focuses on building and scaling next-generation AI systems.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of professional software experience
• Strong Python expertise across backend services
• Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks and agent patterns (RAG, React)
• Proven experience deploying scalable systems in cloud environments (AWS, Azure)
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)

Desired Skills & Experience

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
• Experience with workflow orchestration tools (Temporal, Airflow, Prefect)
• Familiarity with AI interface platforms and model serving frameworks
